Beautiful Parrot Tutorial

Finally upgraded to Win 10, and wonder of wonders, Gimp plays nice with it. So, I found this simple tut to hopefully get me back into the swing of things, and remind myself how it all works... I used different images, just to make it a little more my own. I hope y'all enjoy
